Cat 793F Haul Truck

The WA Fabricator Trusted by OEM Dealers and Tier 1 Mining Contractors across Australia

When a machine goes down, waiting on global supply chains adds to the cost of downtime. Weld East fabricates replacement components for a broad range of Caterpillar machines from our 3,000sqm workshop in Hazelmere, WA.

Every component is drawn up by our in-house drafts team, engineered from physical parts using 3D scanning and built to current Australian Standards, which are among the most rigorous safety standards in the world. Over 40 years, we’ve built an extensive drawings library across the Cat range, continuously refined to reflect the latest safety requirements. That means every part leaving our workshop is designed with operator and maintenance crew safety at the forefront. Not just replicated, but improved.

Trusted by major mining contractors across WA, NSW and QLD.

    FAQs

    Are these genuine Caterpillar parts?

No. Components manufactured and marketed by Weld East are not genuine OEM parts and are not authorised or approved by Caterpillar. They are fabricated replacement components developed entirely from our own in-house drawings, used as an alternative by mining contractors across WA, NSW and QLD. CAT part numbers are referenced for identification purposes only.

Will your parts fit my machine?

Every component in our range has been engineered from physical parts and drawn up in-house by our own draftspeople. Contact us with your machine serial number or CAT part number to confirm.

    What finishes are available?

Standard finish is 2-pack polyurethane CAT Yellow applied over a primed substrate. Components are also available primed only, or gloss black (N61). Site-specific colours available on request.

    What does AHS-ready mean?

Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) ready means the component has been designed and fabricated to accommodate the additional sensor hardware, mounting points and clearances required for autonomous operation.

    What's the lead time?

Lead times depend on the component, model, and current production schedule. Components within our standard drawings library typically move faster. For components requiring additional design work, lead times will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
